Support Teams

  1. L1 - to handle all the functional queries related to Frappe Framework, HR, ERPNext, and all the general queries related to our services. We have a dedicated team for L1.

  2. L2 Framework - to handle bugs, feature requests, and change requests related to Frappe Framework. No dedicated team. The framework team assigns engineers on support in a round-robin fashion each week.

  3. L2 ERPNext- No dedicated team. The ERPNext team assigns engineers on support in a round-robin fashion each week. We currently have 3 main groups under L2 ERPNext:

    • Accounts, Assets, Loan, Buying, Selling
    • Stock, Manufacturing
    • HRMS, Payroll
  4. Frappe Cloud - to handle all FC-related issues.

  5. DevOps - For DevOps support

  6. India Compliance team - We have outsourced IC app support to Resilient Tech. Sagar Vora, Smit Vora, and Lakshit Jain from Resilient Tech are users in the support portal to handle these tickets.
