Partnership Renewal

The partner can renew their partnership directly through their Frappe Cloud dashboard.

Both the Partner and the Partner Manager are notified 1 month prior to the Contract End Date mentioned in the Partner record.

The Partner Manager must inform the partner to complete the renewal process through the Frappe Cloud dashboard.

The partner can log in to their Frappe Cloud account, go to the Partnership tab, and click the Renew button.

The partner must accept the Terms and Conditions, add INR 1,00,000 or USD 1450 as the amount, and complete the payment process.

Once the payment is done, the partnership will be automatically renewed.

After the partner informs the Partner Manager about the completion, the Partner Manager must check and verify the Partner record in frappe.io and ensure that the Contract Start Date and Contract End Date are updated correctly.

In case the partner is unable to make the online payment, the renewal must be done manually by sending the Agreement and Quotation, following the steps outlined in the New Partner Onboarding Process.
