Business Code of Conduct Policy

At work, we make decisions every day about how we deal with people, company information, customers, money, and sometimes situations where the right thing to do may not be immediately obvious. The Business Code of Conduct sets the basic expectations for how we handle these situations at Frappe.

At its core, it's simple: act ethically, follow the law, treat people with respect and use good judgement. If you're ever unsure whether something is appropriate, ask.

The policy covers things you may come across during your time here, including confidential information and privacy, conflicts of interest, company assets, anti-bribery, equal opportunity, harassment and outside paid work.

If you see something that you believe violates the Code, you can raise it with HR or the appropriate person within the company, irrespective of the position or seniority of the person involved.
