Where does the Legal Department document the Agreements?

1. All the executed Agreements are documented in the Contract list.

2. All the non-executed agreements are documented in the Legal Request List itself. The status of such agreements shows the status as “Delivered”.

3. All the Online Agreements/ templates are documented in the Legal request List itself. The status of such agreements shows the status as “Approved”. The status of such documents can only be passed on to clients/ posted online only when the status of such documents show as “Approved”.
