We have a structured certification program for consulting roles. HR team will communicate to each new hire if the certification is required. Certification is also as evaluations.
Certification Process
The certification program includes a total of 37 topics. Details can be accessed here. The program contains courses and courses contain topics. Each topic contains articles. Once you have prepared for a topic create an Evaluation Request. Evaluation requests are automatically assigned to an evaluator. If the evaluator is your buddy or is your team-mate please ask them to assign it to another evaluator. In the evaluation session the evaluator will ask question to ascertain the knowledger and proficience. Evaluator may ask certain assignments to be completed beforehand.
Timelines for Certification
For all new hires who joined on or after 15-September-2021 the total number of days to complete all topics is 120 days from the date of joining. There is no mandatory timeline for individual courses. However, it is strongly recommended that new hires complete the certification as per the below guidelines.

Non-completion of Certification
If certification is not completed it will be treated as non-performance and it will be escalated to the performance committee which will take the appropriate action including termination if deemed fit.
