Leave Policy

  • Every person will be allocated 45 leaves annually apart from the public holiday list. Any new person joining in between the year, will be allocated leaves on pro-rata basis. Leave breakup is as follows:

  • 35 - Casual Leaves

  • 10 - Sick Leaves

  • In addition to the above an employee can avail Maternity and Paternity leaves by providing medical proof. Breakup is as follows:

  • 180 - Maternity Leaves

  • 15 - Paternity Leaves

  • Any person exceeding these 45 leaves will have to take permission from the HR Manager or the concerned reporting person.

  • Any person going on a long vacation or are working on another project, should reassign their work to team members.

  • The company does not intend to track the number of leaves and there is NO PAY DEDUCTION if you cross the number of alloted leaves. This is a statutory requirement.
