Every person will be allocated 45 leaves annually apart from the public holiday list. Any new person joining in between the year, will be allocated leaves on pro-rata basis. Leave breakup is as follows:

35 - Casual Leaves

10 - Sick Leaves

In addition to the above an employee can avail Maternity and Paternity leaves by providing medical proof. Breakup is as follows:

180 - Maternity Leaves

15 - Paternity Leaves

Any person exceeding these 45 leaves will have to take permission from the HR Manager or the concerned reporting person.

Any person going on a long vacation or are working on another project, should reassign their work to team members.

The company does not intend to track the number of leaves and there is NO PAY DEDUCTION if you cross the number of alloted leaves. This is a statutory requirement.
