The Implementation Team
We understand the requirements of clients and leverage our understanding of ERPNext to provide customised solutions to our customers.
Amit is the Delivery Head at Frappe and mentors all the three teams namely The Dream team, The Delivery Express Team and the Coffee Machine Team.
The Dream Team
This team is lead by Rijul Chaturvedi and the members ot this team are Ajay, Shachi, Shobhit, and Vrinda Menon. Dream Team mainly takes up Enterprise Implementation Projects that come under the Manufacturing Domain.
The Delivery Express Team
Delivery Express is lead by Palkan Parsana and the members of this team are Sanjay, Priyanka, Harshwardhan and Kimberley.This team takes up Enterprise Implementation Projects that come under the Retail, Services and Distribution Domain.
The Coffee Machine Team
This team is lead by Mayank Nahata and the members of this team are Dharmesh and Dipen. Coffee Machine Team takes up the Enterprise Implementation Projects that are mostly in the international market. Currently they are executing projects in MENA, ASEAN and EU. They are domain agnostic.
The Solution Team
Solution team work closely with Implementation team and are customer facing. Rohit leads this team and he is supported by Anupam, Krithi and Diksha. As enterprise projects get complex the Solution Team engages with clients to architect ERPNext implemenations by giving technical solutions to business problems. Solution team also supports L2 issues and co-ordintes with Engeineering Team for product bug fixes.
The Engineering Team
The ERPNext Engineering team is broken into 4 small teams based on modules. Each team is independent, plan and execute their tasks on their own. Nabin is the head of the Development team. Here is the list of activities, each team under Development involved with:

Accounts Team
This team handles Accounts, Loan, Assets, Selling, Support and the members of this team are Deepesh, Ruthra and Maharshi.
Stock Team
The Stock team handles Stock, Manufacturing, E-Commerce, Buying, Maintenance, QMS and the members of this team are Marica, Sagar and Rohit.
HR Team
The Human Resources development team handles HR, Payroll, CRM, Healthcare, Projects, Education, Non Profit and the Partner Portal. The members of this team are Anurag, Anupam, Chillar, Jannat, Rucha and Yusuf.
The Quality Team
A quality assurance team is a team of magicians who strive hard to enhance the quality of products by facilitating creation of testing procedures to ensure products are defect-free by identifying bugs, enhancements before any real-time deployments are made to ensure flawless product delivery. This team is lead be Nidhi, Komal and Yashi.
They are also responsible for design, development and timely review of quality enhancement strategies to achieve optimized results whilst uncovering areas of improvements.
The Product Team
Umair leads the Product Maangement for ERPNext. He is supported by Nakul Sharma and Pushkar Joshi. Product Team manages the entire product backlog for ERPNext.
