Expiry Extension Request
There are instances where the Customer asks to extend their expiry date due to some reasons at their end. In such cases, follow the mentioned steps:
- Reach out to their assigned Customer Success Manager or the Sales Rep who qualified them. You can find this by going to Customer master. Ask them about how many days we should extend their account.
- Extend their expiry.
To extend their expiry for customers hosted on Central
- Click here to go to Central.
- Go to Bench Site and search for the site you want to extend the expiry for.
- Search for the Expiry field and modify it to the desired date. _(Use Cmd + J to search)_
- Update the Original Expiry.
- Comment out the reason for the extension of expiry, add a link to the document for others to refer to.
To extend their expiry for customers hosted on FC or other platforms
_This applies to the_ _enterprise clients_ _hosted on FC or if they have it self-hosted._
- From frappe.io, search for the DocType ERPNext Support User.
- Search for the Customer you want to extend the expiry for.
- Search for the Expires On field and modify it to the desired date. _(Use Cmd + J to search)_
- Comment out the reason for the extension of expiry, add a link to the document for others to refer to.
