Service Level Agreement (“SLA”):-
Summary:-

The purpose of the SLA is to provide specific terms and conditions for our Support Services.

The SLA documents and governs the agreed provisions of Service Terms of Support, Support Scope, Support Procedure, Exclusions, Issue Classification, Issue resolution time, Release, Deployment schedule & Escalation Matrix.

Summary

The privacy policy broadly classifies the privacy regulations followed in Frappe.

The main aim of the Privacy policy is to make the Customers informed of their rights and what data we collect from them, how we process it and where we store the data.

The privacy policy also discloses how we share data with Third Parties and how Frappe shall not be responsible for the services provided by Third Parties. The privacy & information security of the Customer’s data shall be governed by the Third Parties terms of service and Privacy Policy.
