How does the Legal Department do Legal Compliance of the prevailing laws and regulations?

Legal Compliance and review of prevailing laws are conducted once every 6months by the Legal Department. The documentation of the same is maintained in the Legal Compliance Tracker.

The Legal Compliance tracker represents the Department who is responsible for the compliance of the respective laws and regulations.

The Legal Compliance Tracker further includes the "Certification Number" and the "Date of Validity" since when the law or regulation is followed in the Company. It also includes the "Roles and Responsibilities" of the Department to comply with the respective laws and regulations.

The Tracker is reviewed every 6months. It can be amended or it can remain the same depending on the prevailing laws and regulations and the same can be depicted via the track changes records in the document.
