Consultant's Handbook
This document mainly consists of the roles and responsibilities that are to be followed by:
- New Joinee
- Their Buddy
- The Trainer
For a New Joinee: Overall overhead can be reduced if they complete their Trainings and Evaluations before taking up a new project.

- Buddy can help with any kind of doubts during this self study period.

A first warning will be issued if any course is not completed within the timeline and the new hire will have 30 additional days to complete it. If not completed after additional 30 days it will be escalated to the performance committee.
Things to note:
- Probation period will be used to complete all 3 major areas I.e Training, demos and evals.
- By month 2/3, consultants will be ready to take up projects and deliver the quality service we provide and keep up the Frappe Values.
- NO other work other than the 3 mentioned to be given in this period of Probation.
- Can be used to map how well the employees performed during this period as well.
- Buddies assigned can keep track of the progress after every module completion using (onboarding Doctype).

- Go to → Education Domain > Course > Frappe Consultant.
- Here you will see a list of Courses inside which you will see various topics on which evaluations are to be given to any Certified Consultant in the Company.
Where are the training videos present?

What will be the role of Buddy here?
- Buddy will keep a track of the Joinee’s progress
- Weekly meetings will be conducted between the Buddy and the Joinee
- Any questions/ issues post training can be asked to the buddy which will help you prepare for the evaluations as well
