Probation

First 3 months at Frappe is very important as you get to learn and understand a lot of things right from our culture to how things work at Frappe. Even though you are new in the system, you have to take ownership since day one. Do not expect people coming upto you and giving you a feedback or assigning any work, instead you have to be proactive and ask for feedback, get your queries sorted.

How the process works?

  • Clear cut expectations will be set at the time of joining like what is expected out of you, your role and responsibilities by HR and by the team
  • Your basic onboarding will be completed within 15 days
  • Next based on the role you can start with the process of your team, give basic evals if required
  • Periodic monthly review will be conducted by HR and buddy or team lead along with the new joinee. Constant feedback will help you improve in these 3 months itself
  • Final call can be taken by the panel based on the feedback provided for the 3 months
  • If the individual's performance is not satisfactory the company can end the contract immediately without any notice period.
  • Panel will consist of one of the HR and buddy or team lead. If need be we would add another member based on the requirement of the role.
