Frappe partners should use a standard template to generate the customer quotations. Standard quotations will ensures prospects get transparent and honest pricing from Frappe partners.
Last year, we launched a Price Estimator to help ERPNext implementors create consistent quotations.
This tool enables sales or estimation consultants to:
- Ask the right questions to scope a standard / vanilla implementation
- Estimate the number of hours required for delivery

3. Sales Handover template
The sales handover template ensures a smooth transition from sales to implementation teams. By capturing key customer details, expectations, and agreed scope, it reduces miscommunication and sets up the project team for success from day one. Handover template must include the information mentioned in the attached screenshot.


4. Lead SLA Fulfilment Dashboard
SLA is applied on all the leads. Partners should have a dashboard to see a time series view of SLA fulfilment % over a certain period of time
