The following metrics have to be measured by partners for all the on-going projects on a dashboard.

Metric Frequency Description
SLA Weekly % of leads responded within SLA
SLA Weekly SLA failure analysis and improvement plan
Opportunity to conversion % Monthly Opportunity or Deal is a qualified lead
Demo Feedback Score Monthly Customer rating of the sales demo experience.
Sales to Implementation TAT (in days) Monthly Time taken from Sales to Implementation handover.
Joining to Ready TAT for Sales Team (in days) Monthly Ready: Product and process trained

Note

  • Measuring the above metrics is an essential criteria for getting any PMM3 or above rating from Frappe
