The following metrics have to be measured by partners for all the on-going projects on a dashboard.

| Opportunity to conversion % | Monthly | Opportunity or Deal is a qualified lead |
| Demo Feedback Score | Monthly | Customer rating of the sales demo experience. |
| Sales to Implementation TAT (in days) | Monthly | Time taken from Sales to Implementation handover. |
| Joining to Ready TAT for Sales Team (in days) | Monthly | Ready: Product and process trained |
