A support portal designed specifically for frappe partners to help them provide support to their customers

I. For Agents


To register a partner submit a request on support@frappe.io


Once you are registered, you can log in with your email from https://frappe.io/support/portal/agent


Once you are logged in, you will be able to see the tickets assigned to you and your support agents.



After logging in, you can add your support agents and supported sites from https://frappe.io/support/portal/agent/settings

II. For Every User on the Supported Site:


Each user on your customersā€™ site will be able to log in from https://frappe.io/support/portal/customer


To get registered, the customer must enter his Site URL, Email, and Password

The customer will be registered automatically without any manual confirmation from you (agent) if the Site URL is already listed under any agentā€™s site list.

Otherwise, if the Site URL isnā€™t supported by any agent, then manual intervention is needed by us (frappe) and you (partner)

Once they are logged in, they will be able to see their raised tickets
