All Eyes on April
Back to the Mysore Association earlier this month, we celebrated the 3rd edition of our developer conference, Frappe Build 2026. Over two days, 200 builders and learners from across Frappe community got together to share the magic they’ve been creating with Frappe.

Frappe Framework crosses 10K GitHub stars
We’re less than 12 hours away from Frappe Build 2026! With a bundle of excitement and a stomach full of butterflies, we’ll be back at the Mysore Association Auditorium tomorrow for a two-day developer conference.
10,000 stars and counting
The backbone of everything at Frappe, our Framework, crossed 10K stars on GitHub after 14 long years. A toast to 800+ open source contributors and the teams behind Frappe, who have been relentlessly testing and building the Framework all this while. Here’s to many thousand stars ahead!
Product Updates
Ten months ago, Rushabh floated a vision for a native open source meeting tool. That idea grew through many revisions of deep work and testing into what is now called Frappe Meet, an audio-visual conferencing tool. The app was finally open sourced earlier this month at Frappe Build 2026.
Try Frappe Meet now!
While it's currently in beta, you can already self-host your own Frappe Meet instance using our guide.
Along with this, teams have made fresh improvements, including better report printing, undo Email, and various performance enhancements. Read more in the latest product updates post.

This April, three new community apps were published on Frappe Cloud marketplace to make work easier in it’s own way.

Frappe Cloud Marketplace
Across 3 ERPNext and 1 Framework batches hosted in April, 30 learners got certified. In May, we’re hosting two classes, one on ERPNext functional training and one certification batch, along with a Frappe Framework pre-recorded certification batch.

Frappe Yatra 2026
As the Frappe ecosystem continues to grow across regions, we’re starting a Yatra to meet the community in person. In collaboration with our partners, Frappe Yatra is a series of community meetups across 7 cities in 20 days where we’ll travel to host local meetups with users, partners, and developers. At each city, the local Frappe community can join us in the evening, network and attend insightful talks.

Get ready for the biggest reunion of the Frappe ecosystem, Frappeverse Mumbai 2026! Our flagship conference will feature 1500+ people from the Frappe community including developers, partners, business owners, users, students, and all open-source believers.
This year’s theme embraces a more grounded expression that puts people and purpose front and center. At its core, Frappeverse Mumbai 2026 is the space for our community to come closer, share stories and celebrate open source in its most human form.
