Frequently asked questions

Are there any limits on the number of tickets, agents, or customers based on pricing?
No, Frappe Helpdesk offers unlimited tickets, agents, and customers on all plans. We don’t believe in restricting growth. Whether you’re a small support team or a large enterprise, you get full access without per-agent pricing.
How can I get consultation?
You can connect with one of our official partners for consultation and implementation support.
What is Product Warranty?
Product Warranty is support from Frappe engineers for fixing bugs in Frappe Apps (e.g. ERPNext, Frappe HR, Frappe Framework) and Frappe Cloud. You can raise tickets from the support portal and our engineers will respond in a stipulated response time. Note that this does not include functional support.
What is Priority SLA?
Priority SLA includes faster response and resolution time as mentioned in Table II of our Service Level Agreement (SLA)
Do you have discounts for education institutes and non profits?
Yes, we support education institutes and non profits. Contact us to apply the discount.
What kind of support is included in the plans?
All Frappe Helpdesk plans include hosting-related support on Frappe Cloud. If you’re on the $50/month plan or higher, you also get product support (bug fixes, guidance, and feature-related help) under our product warranty.
Is there a free plan available?
Yes! You can self-host Frappe Helpdesk for free since it's fully open-source. If you prefer a managed solution, you can host it on Frappe Cloud, starting at just $5/month.
How does Frappe Cloud billing work?
In your free trial, you will be given free access to Frappe Helpdesk for 14-days. Once the trial ends, you will have to subscribe to a Frappe Cloud plan to continue using your site. For subscribing to a plan, you can add your card or add prepaid credits to your wallet (via available payment modes), or make an annual wire transfer to us, whichever method is suitable for you.
