To whom it May concern
Frappe and its madness for cricket have hit the pitch once again, after 2 long years. The much-awaited chance to play like a 10-year-old under the brutal summer sun was worth the wait. Pods grouped up as ERPNext, Frappe Cloud and Frappe Framework teams, though the players themselves had little to do with their actual pods. Frappe Cloud winning the Frappe Premier League was the cherry on top.

Frappe Premier League
35,000 and counting

New in the Marketplace
The Frappe Cloud Marketplace got eight new additions this May, each built by partners and members from the ecosystem:
Pinelabs Fin - Pine Labs payments in ERPNext
Fintheme and Sounds - Custom themes and a Sound Studio for Frappe Desk
Visitor Management - QR gate check-in, ID verification, and more
Digital Signature (E Sign) - DSC digital signing for Frappe & ERPNext
Report Builder - Drag-and-drop report builder, no SQL needed
South Africa Compliance - VAT, payroll, and compliance for South Africa
Nigeria Compliance - ERPNext integration for Nigeria tax compliance
Pak Compliance - ERPNext integrated with FBR e-invoicing for Pakistan
It started with a non-developer building an entire app using AI. That single event was enough to send many of us down the rabbit hole of agentic coding. The past few weeks at Frappe have been stuffed with experiments, debates, prototypes, and long existential questions about software development. We're seeing past whether AI is good or bad to asking what this means for Frappe in the years to come. It's still too early to know where this leads, but teams are already adjusting their sails.
We may talk more about it in the coming days. Until then, you can join or keep track of the conversation here.
In May, 26 learners got certified and 20 enrolled for upcoming batches. June brings a mix of online, in-person, and regional learning opportunities.
Coming up next:

ERPNext Accounting and India Compliance Bootcamp, Bengaluru by Basawaraj Ashok Savalagi | 12 Jun
ERPNext Associate Certification by Dr. Shrikant Mulik | 22 Jun – 29 Jun
