I joined Frappe in 2019 - back when things were relatively small. Since then I’ve moved through almost every role you can think of: support, implementation, customer success, and operations. I have helped set up core processes across the company, including our first ISO certifications for quality and information security.
Now, I spend most of my time with the Business Apps team (Learning, CRM, Helpdesk, and Insights) - talking to users, working with designers + developers, thinking about roadmap and growth, giving feedback, testing, and just doing whatever it takes to help these products move forward. Some days it’s strategy, some days it’s QA, some days it’s just figuring out why something feels off in the product and fixing it.
Taking loose ideas, structuring them, and seeing them become something real is what interests me the most.
