If ERPNext is free and open-source, how do you make money?

ERPNext is a free and open-source software and always will remain so. You can install this software locally and host it on your server and pay us absolutely nothing for running it and managing it on your own.While the product is free, we at Frappe offer hosting and enterprise support services to assist you in your journey and charge a fee for that. Hosting and enterprise support are the primary revenue sources for us, and by opting for these, you not only get exceptional hosting and support services but also support our developers and maintainers in continuing to build better products for the world.

Do you have paid features hidden behind paywalls?

No. Unlike other companies that mislead customers with open-source claims and eventually require payment for enterprise features, we are 100% open-source. Our source code has been open source since 2009.

Does Frappe provide implementation services?

No, Frappe does not provide any implementation services directly. Instead, we work with a global network of certified partners who handle implementation, customization, migration, and more. This allows us to focus on building high-quality products without competing with our partners.

How does Frappe Cloud billing work?

In your free trial, you will be given free access to ERPNext for 14-days. Once the trial ends, you will have to subscribe to a Frappe Cloud plan to continue using your site. For subscribing to a plan, you can add your card or add prepaid credits to your wallet (via available payment modes), or make an annual wire transfer to us, whichever method is suitable for you.

What is Priority SLA?

Priority SLA includes faster response and resolution time as mentioned in Table II of our Service Level Agreement (SLA)
