No, Frappe does not provide any implementation services. We have a global network of partners who provide services for implementation, customization, migration, and more. Hybrid Cloud: You can connect your own servers to the Frappe Cloud application under our hybrid cloud offering.

Enterprise Support: If you're a large enterprise, you can choose premium support that includes product warranty, enterprise SLA, a dedicated manager, technical consulting, and more.

5. Can I host ERPNext on my own servers and avail only L2 support?

Yes, this option is only available for large companies who opt for Enterprise Support. Otherwise, the only other way to get support is with Frappe Cloud hosting.

7. How does Frappe Cloud billing work?

In your free trial, you will be given free access to ERPNext for 14-days.
Once the trial ends, you will have to subscribe to a Frappe Cloud plan to continue using your site. For subscribing to a plan, you can add your card or add prepaid credits to your wallet (via available payment modes), or make an annual wire transfer to us, whichever method is suitable for you.
