When do I need to make the payment for the Success Pack?

Full advance payment is required before the engagement begins.

What happens if I use up all the hours included in the Success Pack?

The pack covers only the number of hours specified. If additional hours are needed, you must purchase a new pack.

Who will implement my project?

Your implementation will be carried out by Frappe Partners who are trained and monitored by the Frappe Team.

Can I get a refund after the work has started?

No, refunds are not provided once work has commenced.

What does the Success Pack cover?

The scope of work is limited to the modules and features defined within the pack.

How long do I have to use the hours in my Success Pack?

All hours must be used within 2 months from the kick-off date.

How long is Go-live support available?

Go-live support is valid for 2 months after the completion of the configuration.

Can Frappe change the pricing or terms of the Success Pack?

Yes, Frappe reserves the right to change pricing or terms at any time, with due notice.

Is on-site implementation available?

No, implementations are conducted remotely only.
