Why did you choose to implement an ERP system?
To leverage our vast experiential knowledge across the organization in order to quicken deliveries and become more quality focused.
Share some insights from your implementation process. How did you manage the change process?
It has taken us a few attempts before we got it right. We have implemented iteratively, with each cycle each department was gradually on board the new system.
One of our key challenges is to make more than 1 million items and their BOMs accessible to our Sales and Production Teams; ERPNext has been able to adapt to such requirements. With significant investment made towards implementing ERPNext, Foundation’s commitment to open source will be key in securing our company’s future.

Stock, Manufacturing, Selling, CRM, Buying, Accounts, in that order.
What are the best things about ERPNext?
It is open-source, flexible enough, and has a beautiful-easy to use UI.
