When it rains, it pours—and our recent offsite trip to Lonavala was no exception. While we were locked indoors, we had a flood of insightful discussions. We revisited our vision, mulled over our values, and even charted the future of the Frappe Framework.

One of the standout conversations was about gender equality. Our women team members courageously shared their experiences of facing stereotypical questions about marriage, children, and cooking, being mansplained, and struggling for equal recognition. These eye-opening discussions helped us understand how deeply rooted these issues are and how, as a team, we can promote more equality in the workplace and society. The first step is conversation and awareness. We’re all in the same boat when it comes to tackling gender inequality, and we encourage you to start these conversations at home and work—together, we can make waves of change.
