With the addition of Genie(another FOSS product), our clients could directly raise ticket with audio and video recordings right from within their instances, reducing extra efforts! Overall, helpdesk have been a gamechanger for us!

So far the admin interface is very quick to grasp all that's going on, when a ticket is open, closed or resolved. The comments and response feature in the interface is just awesome and makes it quick to reply to the tickets. Overall it's an awesome product to work with.
