• Quality and regulatory evidence: every batch and every machine must carry inspection and validation records that can stand up to an audit.
• Industry-specific workflows: several healthcare manufacturing processes do not exist in a standard ERP setup.
• Workforce administration: payroll, statutory compliance, attendance, shifts and policies for a production workforce.
• After-sales service: service for installed scanners in the field was not linked back to the original asset or sale.
