Challenges

As Parijnan Foundation expanded across multiple locations and social initiatives, managing operations through disconnected systems became increasingly difficult.

The organisation relied on Tally for accounting, spreadsheets for operational data, and email and WhatsApp for communication. These isolated systems resulted in duplicate data entry, limited visibility, and inefficient coordination between departments.
In addition to operational challenges, the foundation needed to comply with complex regulatory requirements, including Section 80G of the Income Tax Act and the Foreign Contribution Regulation Act (FCRA), requiring accurate accounting and fund utilisation reporting.
Its manufacturing initiative, Samvit Sudha, also required structured production planning, inventory tracking, subcontracting management, and retail integration to support growing customer demand.
The organisation needed a centralised solution capable of integrating manufacturing, procurement, inventory, finance, HR, and retail operations while improving transparency and operational efficiency.
