Orders from Amazon had to be processed separately before being reflected in the ERP, requiring manual intervention and increasing the risk of errors.
Bank transactions were reconciled manually, making financial reconciliation time-consuming and delaying visibility into cash flow.
Import operations involved manual exchange rate calculations, import cost allocation, and invoice preparation, making procurement both time-consuming and prone to mistakes.
Shipment booking and tracking through Gati Courier were managed outside the ERP system, limiting operational visibility and making it difficult for teams to respond quickly to customer enquiries.
Customer-specific sales reports also had to be manually prepared and emailed every month, consuming significant administrative effort.
