We have built custom DocTypes to manage the entire lifecycle of garment production, from tech packs and fabric requisitions to cutting, stitching, and quality inspections. Each is tailored to our specific workflows.
The Quality module plays a central role in our ISO 9001:2015 certification process, enabling structured inspections, traceability, and continuous improvement through data-driven analysis.
Beyond the core ERP, we leverage Frappe’s built-in API to develop specialised custom applications that serve distinct manufacturing needs such as production tracking, laser wash testing, and external workshop coordination.
These apps seamlessly connect to ERPNext, giving our teams real-time visibility and remote access to data across departments.

The implementation of Frappe and ERPNext has transformed INDOPAR’s operations into a fully connected, transparent, and data-driven manufacturing environment. By developing custom DocTypes for production control, fabric consumption, and supplier tracking, we eliminated redundancies and reduced lead times across multiple stages of garment manufacturing.
The Quality module now serves as the foundation of our ISO 9001:2015 management system, helping us monitor process compliance, automate inspection reports, and maintain digital traceability for every order.
Through Frappe’s native API, we created custom mobile and web applications that extend our ERP functionality beyond the factory walls. This enables team members and external workshops to interact with live data, from production progress to material transfers, directly through mobile interfaces.
Remote access and synchronisation have made decision-making faster and collaboration smoother across all departments.
