Raven is a Frappe app

It runs on your site, next to your other apps. Post from your own scripts with the REST API and webhooks, or write a bot that replies. If your site knows it, Raven can say it.

If Raven doesn’t do it yet, that doesn’t have to be the end of the story. Raven is open source and built to be extended, so your company can build the workflows, integrations and behaviour it needs instead of waiting for them to appear on somebody else’s roadmap.
