Product Consultant

As a Product Consultant, you will act as the first point of contact between prospective customers and Frappe. You will help prospects understand our technology, products and ecosystem.

What will you be working on:

  • You will own the new prospect lifecycle end-to-end while trying to maximise conversion.
  • Understand customer requirements: Conduct discovery calls, understand business processes, challenges, preferences and expectations, and qualify potential high-intent prospects.
  • Provide product consultation: Explain features and capabilities of relevant product/s, give basic product demos, and address customer concerns and objections.
  • Advise on the right implementation method: Explain the broader Frappe ecosystem, available implementation options
  • Work with partners for closure: facilitate introductions with the partner, track progress (high-level), ensure that customers receive a good experience, and manage escalations.
  • Gather market insights: Be the “voice of the market” by capturing product gaps, feature requests, competition insights, customer objections, emerging industry trends, and partner feedback, and relaying it to the relevant internal stakeholders.

What are we looking for:

  • Someone with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Engineering.
  • People who have passion for SaaS, especially the business software domain.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • A person with high ownership and a problem solving mind set
  • Preference: Mumbai based candidates
