What you will be working on:

• Take features from idea to execution, shaping the product end-to-end.
• Support users and gather feedback to improve the product.
• Continuously iterate, experiment, and test to refine and enhance functionality.
• Improve onboarding experiences to make products more accessible.
• Write clear documentation to help users and contributors.

Quality and skills:

• 1-3 years of experience in product development.
• Proficiency in Vue (preferred) or React, Python, and JavaScript.
• Strong UI/UX sense with an eye for clean, functional design.
• Self-driven and comfortable working independently.
• Bonus: Contributions to open-source projects or previous experience working on CRM, Helpdesk, and similar products.

Location:

Preference for Mumbai-based candidates, but open to remote applicants who can travel to Mumbai frequently.
