What you will be working on

Product Interfaces

Design and improve user experiences across our suite of business apps, developer tools, and collaboration products. Simplify complex workflows, reduce friction, and make everyday tasks feel effortless.

Interaction & UX Improvements

Our products are deep and feature-rich. Your job is to make them feel light. Expect to rethink flows, restructure information, and polish micro-interactions.

Design Systems

Contribute shared patterns, components, and guidelines into our design system that scale across products.

Web & Marketing

Landing pages, product pages, campaign pages, and launch assets. Design how the world discovers and understands Frappe.

Brand & Visual Assets

Social media creatives, illustrations, announcements, event visuals: anything that communicates Frappe visually.

Fix what feels broken

If something looks or feels off, don’t wait for permission just redesign it.

What we are looking for

• Young and hungry: 0-2 years of experience.
• Passion for design.
• Fluency in using modern UI tools like Figma.
• Speed over perfection - we want someone who can iterate fast.
• Strong writing skills. Good design is good copy.
• Great product thinking: good design is not just pretty but usable.
• Ability to draw illustrations is a plus.
