Since our official launch in April 2024, we've added some fantastic new features to make managing your CRM journey more meaningful and efficient. Here are some of them.

Kanban view

Visualizing your sales pipeline just got a whole lot easier! We're excited to introduce the Kanban view, to gain a clearer picture of your sales pipeline. With this feature, you can now view your Leads and Deals on the Kanban board, offering deep insights into your sales processes. Rearrange columns, move cards, update data, and perform direct actions like taking notes, calling your leads, and adding tasks from the Kanban view.

Progressive Web App (PWA)

Need to respond to a lead urgently but not at your desktop? The Frappe CRM Progressive Web App (PWA) has you covered. Manage your CRM on mobile just like on desktop, making it easy to stay on top of tasks wherever you are. Full functionality, quick responses, and anytime access! Here’s how you can get started.

Layout builder

We now have two new layout builders: sidebar layout and quick entry layout. These tools allow you to customize your views to fit your specific needs. Design your views by adding and placing fields as you prefer. The layout builder is straightforward to use, making it easy to create personalized layouts that can enhance your workflow efficiency.

Settings page

We've moved all the important settings to one easy-to-find spot. It’s new modal view offers controls to all feature settings in Frappe CRM. Here, you can edit your profile, and adjust settings for your integrations to avoid switching to desk view.

Quick filters

Want to easily filter your data but have to keep adding new filters each time? You can now have commonly used filters in your list view by simply enabling the “In Standard Filter” option for your field. This way, all these fields will appear as static filters on top of your list view for quick and effortless access.

Group By view

The "Group By" view in Frappe CRM organizes data like leads and deals by fields such as organization, territory, and industry. This feature helps you easily spot trends and insights at a glance, making it easier to analyze and manage your CRM data.

Miscellaneous

That’s not all, we’ve got some more!

  1. Custom View Icons: Now you can not only name each view but also set an appropriate icon as per your choice.

  2. Bulk assign and clear assignments: With this feature, you no longer need to select individual records to assign or delete them. This feature allows you to perform these actions in a single step, saving time and effort.

  3. Comments tab: Are you struggling to keep track of the multiple discussions in your leads/deals? Now, you can easily locate them all in one place under the Comments tab.

  4. Like records: Want to bookmark records for later? The “Liked by” feature allows you to do just that, making it easier to filter and revisit these records later with a single click.

It’s been over six months since we began using Frappe CRM internally, and the experience has been great! It’s met all our needs, and we’re eager to develop new features to support your business needs too. We're currently working on adding campaigns, insightful dashboards, ERPNext and Frappe CRM integration, and more. @shariq can you add reminders before 10 mins or some specified time on the task. System should give reminders before some specified time to user for follow up

@Kanchan, CRM is being built as a separate product to be installed on a separate site. Any connection to ERPNext will be once it is mature.

Great job on the new features Shariq! They’re innovative, user-friendly, and will greatly improve our experience. I had a question though, are you planning to have integration between Frappe CRM and ERPNext? Reason being there are lots of duplicate doctypes in ERPNext and Frappe CRM which can be very confusing.

Beautiful read, and an insight into an individual I respect and have learned a lot from. Am inspired to trust the process and never give up.

I must say this is a really amazing post, and for some of my friends who provide Best British Assignment Help, I must recommend this post to them.
