A year ago, we started Open Day to keep each other in the loop. Yes, even with just five people, we needed something that would essentially, defragment our disparate attempts at progress. I think the idea just came up during one of our lively discussions.
Looking back, one could see an upward trend in the aesthetics of the presentations. It has served as a medium that promotes motivation, reflection and growth. And, it has garnered quite a following from some of our customers :)
This month,
- Rushabh filled in the missing piecies in the new UI, and worked on user and developer documentation
- Nabin wore the didactic hat and worked on getting Akhilesh and Saurabh up to speed
- I worked on the webshop feature, and
- Umair induced some momentum into the partner program
