Supported versions for Frappe products
Below are the supported versions of each of our products that are eligible for warranty services. Customers must be on one of the listed versions and subscribed to the corresponding Frappe Cloud support plan to receive warranty coverage.
Below are the supported versions of each of our products that are eligible for warranty services. Customers must be on one of the listed versions and subscribed to the corresponding Frappe Cloud support plan to receive warranty coverage.
If a customer is using a version that is not mentioned below or does not fall under an eligible Frappe Cloud plan, Frappe will not be able to extend warranty services or support for that deployment. This ensures that our support and maintenance efforts remain consistent, secure, and aligned with the latest stable releases of our products.

For contributors, Please raise an pull request on develop branch of press or agent. After merging and testing on staging, that will be backported to master.

Here is the support plan for major versions that are being supported now:

For contributors, this means that separate pull requests for bug fixes and security fixes must be sent for each of the supported versions. Fixes to version-13 will not automatically be merged into version-14, and so on. Please send a fix to the highest affected version (or develop) first. After it has been merged, create backports to the previous major releases.
