Starting from the current financial year (1st April 2024), they have fully transitioned to ERPNext and ceased the use of SAP. The User Interface of ERPNext is intuitive and easy to navigate, significantly reducing the learning curve for our team members and allowing them to quickly adapt to the new system. The platform is web and user-friendly, ensuring easy accessibility from anywhere, at any time. This feature has proven invaluable for our remote and hybrid working arrangements. ERPNext seamlessly integrates with our existing business processes and requirements, including WhatsApp. Overall, the transition has reduced license costs, allowed us to leverage unlimited users on ERPNext via Frappe Cloud, and made onboarding of new members faster. In the future, we are planning to build a website on Frappe Builder and use Frappe Insights for advanced reporting tools and customizable dashboards to gain deeper insights into our business performance.
