Your cost will include two components - Hosting and Implementation. Frappe HR is free and open-source, but needs to be hosted on cloud. Cloud providers charge a Hosting fee. Once hosting is decided, you can either start with the default setup or hire a Frappe partner for implementation.

How do I implement Frappe HR?

As intuitive as Frappe HR is, like any other business-critical solution, it is always recommended to take the help of qualified professionals to ensure that your system is optimally configured as per your business requirements. Do I need self-hosting?

It depends. Frappe HR is 100% Free and Open Source and depending on your scale and capability, self-hosting may be the right solution for you. However, if you are a company, the cloud may make more sense for you. If you set up Frappe HR on your own, you start with a base cost of around $40/month for a VPS, then you'll need to pay extra for email, security and backup services. After that, you'll spend a few hours installing and setting up everything, and also set aside a few hours of your time each month for maintenance + software updates, or maybe get someone to do that for you. Which gets expensive pretty quickly. Thankfully, our managed hosting service Frappe Cloud, takes away all of that so you can focus on what you do best.

How can I get consultation?

What is Product Warranty?

Product Warranty is support from Frappe engineers for fixing bugs in Frappe Apps (e.g. ERPNext, Frappe HR, Frappe Framework) and Frappe Cloud. You can raise tickets from the support portal and our engineers will respond in a stipulated response time. Note that this does not include functional support.

What is Priority SLA?

Priority SLA includes faster response and resolution time as mentioned in Table II of our Service Level Agreement (SLA)

Is Frappe HR available in my language?

Most likely yes! Frappe HR has been translated to more than 80 languages with the help of the community. View the translation portal for a full list of supported languages.
