One of UAE's leading VISA Assistance company was struggling to scale its business in visa assistance. it was stuck managing ever-changing policies and procedures for over 100 countries while maintaining efficiency and accuracy.

The company leveraged ERPNext, CRM and helpdesk to simplify and automate their visa assistance company, transforming their manual, expertise-dependent service into a streamlined, automated travel product which also garnered some media attention in the UAE.

Our presentation will begin by showing a picture of the visa assistance industry's complexities. We'll describe the confusion and difficulties our client faced in managing visa processes for numerous countries, each with its own set of constantly evolving rules. We'll highlight the challenges of frequent employee turnover and the continuous need for retraining, emphasizing how these factors impacted service quality and operational efficiency.

We'll then present how they harnessed the power of ERPNext, along with its CRM and Helpdesk modules. We'll showcase our integration of email and WhatsApp communication channels, explaining how these combined elements formed the backbone of the automated system. Our focus will be on demonstrating how ERPNext helped to standardize complex visa processes and automated document collection – traditionally the most challenging aspect of visa assistance.

A key highlight of our talk will be our approach to reinventing certain aspects of ERPNext to meet the specific needs of the visa assistance industry. We'll discuss how we redeveloped and opensourced the Kanban board in Frappe and our fixes to the phone field. This section will be of particular interest to developers and contributors in the Frappe community.
