This talk presents the transformation journey of a leading Maharatna PSU under India’s Ministry of Power, and how it became the first power-sector enterprise in the country to implement ERPNext at a national scale. From handling complex government processes to enabling centralized governance across ₹600+ Cr in annual turnover: this story showcases the real-world power of open-source ERP. But beyond numbers, this talk also tells a personal story of witnessing Frappeverse 2024 as an inspired attendee, and returning in 2025 as a speaker with a journey worth sharing.
