The journey wasn’t without hurdles—daily bulk imports of 20K leads were taking 40+ minutes with Frappe’s standard tools. We’ll show how we engineered a custom bulk importer with batching, caching, parallel workers, and Typesense deduplication—cutting imports down to under 2 minutes.
