What you will be working on
- Researching about our customer persona, their preferences, interests, needs
- Writing landing and feature pages for our products with messaging improvements
- Writing about product launches
- Brainstorming marketing campaigns and preparing copy for the same
- Structural content changes across the website
- Talking to community members and writing their stories as part of blogs and social posts
- Announcing events, meet-ups, webinars and other posts
- Writing about Frappe, culture etc.
- Brand voice consistency
What we are looking for
- A thoughtful writer with 2 to 4 years of experience
- Strong at research and asking thoughtful questions
- Able to deeply understand people, products, and ideas through conversations and translate them into clear, meaningful writing.
- Someone who resonates with the Frappe brand and understands how philosophy, voice, and storytelling shape perception.
- Able to maintain a consistent voice across the website and other marketing assets.
- Motivated to continuously improve and iterate on content and messaging.
A strong sense of voice, structure, storytelling and clarity is important for this role.
