Senior Accountant
As a Senior Accountant you will be overseeing general accounting operations by controlling and verifying our financial transactions, basically keeping our financials in place.

What Will You Be Working On

  • Review the company’s systems and analysis risk. It includes advising, strategies, audit to the business, to understand the reports and changing the business scenarios. The audit and accounting concerns with the protection of data from cyber frauds.
  • Deal with any financial irregularities as they arise.
  • Produce reports and recommendations following internal audits or public sector audits. Liasoning with required statutory authorities or as directed.
  • Responding to various Notices from Authorities ensuring closure on the gaps. Analysis of trends in Compliance and devise corresponding action plan.
  • Advice on Tax planning within the current legislation to enable minimization of tax liability & tax issues associated with activities such as business acquisitions and mergers. Advice on tax and treasury issues.
  • Collaborate with staff on income tax preparation and planning.
  • Undertake Financial audits. Conduct independent checks of the organization’s financial position.
  • Assess the company’s risks and the efficacy of its risk management efforts. Ensure that the organization is complying with relevant laws and statutes.
  • Evaluate internal control and make recommendations on how to improve. Identifying shortfalls or gaps in processes.
  • Promote ethics and help identify improper conduct. Investigate fraud. Communicate the findings and recommendations.
  • Manage Financial systems and budgets, negotiate terms. Responsible for requesting budget changes, submitting transfers, approving transactions and requesting payments.
  • All transactions must be processed in compliance with the policies and procedures. You will be reviewing their accounts on a regular basis to ensure proper recording of account expenses.
  • Prepare financial statements both monthly and annually. Prepare financial management reports – including financial planning and forecasting.
  • Helping individuals and companies reach their financial goals sooner by providing them with strategies and ways to create more wealth.
  • Maintaining accounting records and preparing the final accounting books & ledgers. Preparing the monthly profit and loss, and balance sheet reports. Tax reporting and inventory processing.
  • Collecting and analysing data, which is then used in the preparation of weekly and monthly estimates. Advising on estimates for project funding.
