As a Channel Sales Manager, you will work closely with the local partner ecosystem in the USA region to build and grow Frappe’s business. This role is ideal for you if you,

Key Responsibilities:
As a Channel Sales Manager, you’re responsible to
- Grow Frappe’s adoption and revenue in your assigned region by working closely with Frappe partners
- Mentor Frappe partners to be excellent at sales
- Nurture relationships with channel partners with regular meet-ups and communication to ensure alignment and engagement.
- Develop and execute sales strategies, to grow revenue in your assigned region.
- Assisting partners in closing large-value enterprise deals
- Build product knowledge to influence and enable partners
- Drive marketing activities along with partners. E.g., events and conference
- Analysing marketing trends and competition to refine channel strategies
Qualifications and Skills:
- Engineer / MBA / CA with 5+ years of prior experience, and 2+ years of experience in channel sales, partnership management, or related roles.
- Prior experience preferably in sales/implementation of ERP
- Prior experience in US market will be preferred
- Someone from B2B SaaS companies is a plus
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Location:
- We are a hybrid company, but as this role demands, preference will be given to Mumbai-based candidates. But we are open to anyone who meets the above criteria.
- Candidates should be open to work in US time zones and will be required to travel to USA on need basis
- Frequent travel to Mumbai is required
