On Thursaday 24 January, I gave a training session to our customer E-Soft from Bangladesh. This was my first remote session with customer. This session was arranged by HR Manager, Shahana, for their Marketing and Accounting staff. I found her very enthusiastic and I was also very excited to give this traning. We used software tool Skype and Teamviewer for calling and screen sharing respectively. She arranged for a projector at her end so that the entire team could participate.

We started the session at 11 o'clock and ended on 1 o'clock. I used Hindi and English to give traning. In first hour, I gave them training on Selling Module (CRM) where I showed them how to create and manage documents like Lead, Opportunity, Quotation, Sales Order in ERPNext. Also, showed them how to create Masters and uses of various reports and tools. I showed them one complete cycle of transaction in ERPNext. For the same I created one Lead, one Opportunity, one Quotation and one Sales Order.

In second hour, I gave training to their Accounting staff. I started with Sales Invoice then I showed them how to make documents like Journal Voucher, Sales Invoice and Purchase Invoice. We completed one full accounts cycle by creating and submitting one Sales Invoice from an existing Sales Order, and made a payment entry against it.

During the session they asked me many questions regarding product. I answered their questions and they were satisfied by my answers. They enjoyed the session and gave good feedback. This traning session made me more confident communicating with customers. Now I am eager to give more traning sessions. Finally I would like thank my colleagues and Shahana from E-Soft for giving me this golden opportunity.

Beautiful read, and an insight into an individual I respect and have learned a lot from. Am inspired to trust the process and never give up.

I must say this is a really amazing post, and for some of my friends who provide Best British Assignment Help, I must recommend this post to them.
