This is my first blog post. This is my first real job and I was selected by Mr. Rushabh Mehta and Mr. Anand Doshi in "Web Notes Technologies Pvt. Ltd. as a 'Software Developer'.

I was dying to get a post like 'Software Developer' or 'Website Developer'. I was a fresh out from college and was searching for a job. Ever after having good skills and talent I was rejected from many companies.

Many of the companies selected me but were providing me the designation which was not acceptable by me and some demanded "Security Deposit","Contract/Bond" & "Original Certifications" which all are illegal in India. Such activity made me angry and my dignity forced me to reject them. Someone should tell them that 'Hey buddies grow up'. I would suggest every fresher to beware of all such rules and fight against those people who make such dirty deals, instead of joining and supporting them.

First day of my dream job was awesome and I never thought that an office can have such steady environment. It was cool, relaxing, quiet and most importantly there were "NO RESTRICTIONS". Web Notes really have a good and highly skilled team and I appreciate their knowledge. I am a well known geek in my town and I had never met any person who could compete with my skills till I joined the company.

It seems like I've got very tough competitors. It will boost my confidence and will make my hidden skills to come out. This will help in company's progress as well as mine.

My first mission in "Web Notes" will be:

1. Joining Development Team ASAP.

2. To come under "About Us" page in company's website which i refer as "HALL OF FAME."

I also loved the podium on the 2nd Floor of the office building and after visiting when I was totally stressed out. Suddenly a thought came in my mind, "There's nothing beautiful when technology and nature meet."
