I was working with Tata Steel since April 1994. I enjoyed there Tata culture and learnt lot of things. As my role was cashier cum clerk and I got basic knowledge related Sales and Accounts. I want say thanks to Mr Sheth, who had given me that opportunity and I got chance to work with them.

But since I joined Web Notes as 'Admintrative Officer', I am performing different role in company. I joined as an administrative officer but I got chance to learn many different things, since it was a startup. That time I had very little knowledge of accounting in Tally and was totally unaware of ERP software. Rushabh gave me basic training of an ERP system. Also I was given an opportunity to do real data entries in system. I was really happy because with that data entries we finalized our Balance Sheet for that year.

So how did I learn accounting? For our developers and sales team we were arranging training sessions on accounting in office and every time we took the case study of our tea stall owner. With that example we understood accounting basics. The first rule is to always keep in mind that all Assets & Expense accounts are Debit accounts and all Liabilities & Income accounts are Credit accounts. This basic concept of accounting helped me more in ledger creations and making journal entries in ERP system.

Statutory work of Web Notes helped me to understand taxation rules of government. In India it is very difficult to open new company because there are lot of formalities and registrations you have to complete. You need to take different licenses from different authorities. (For e.g You need to take Shops and Establishment license from local corporation, you need to register with Central Govt for Service Tax,  also you need to register for Professional taxes and Employee Provident Fund (social security).

Work culture of Web Notes has given me big opportunity to learn new things. This has been possible with the help of my colleagues. Every day I learn something new which helps me to improve and become more confident.

I must say this is a really amazing post, and for some of my friends who provide Best British Assignment Help, I must recommend this post to them.
