I’m Saurabh Palande, a software developer with over a decade of experience building and maintaining Free and Open Source Software (FOSS). Born in 1990 in Dombivli and educated in Mumbai, my journey in technology has been shaped by curiosity, persistence, and community-driven development.

I began my professional journey with Frappe Technologies in 2013, right after graduation. Although my first stint was short, it set the foundation for my learning. After moving to Pune in search of new opportunities, I rejoined Frappe in 2015 and have been part of this incredible journey ever since.

Over the past ten years, I’ve contributed to various verticals at Frappe, including:

• ERPNext and Frappe Framework development
• Third-party integrations, payment gateways and email systems
• The legacy SaaS platform (Central)
• DevOps and Frappe Cloud infrastructure
• Currently, I’m focused on Frappe Enterprise, working on Managed Press, Hybrid Cloud, and technical support initiatives

I’m passionate about building reliable systems and simplifying complex processes to scale effectively.

When I’m not writing code or debugging infrastructure, you’ll likely find me experimenting in the kitchen. Cooking is my second favourite way to create something meaningful.
