
I have spent over 15 years working with ERPs, and since 2020, I have been part of Frappe as a Lead Customer Support Consultant. Over the years, I have built a deep understanding of how businesses run on software and how the right support can make all the difference.
Joining Frappe was a turning point in my career. I moved from handling support in person at client sites to working entirely remotely. This shift taught me how to stay effective across time zones, tools, and workflows while maintaining the human touch.
What I value most about Frappe is its open and democratic culture. Everyone is encouraged to share ideas and challenge the status quo, which has helped me grow not only as a consultant but also as a leader. It has given me fresh perspectives on how teams can thrive together.
Outside of work, I enjoy making music on my synthesizer, singing, and experimenting in the kitchen.
