Born in Pune and raised in Mumbai, I completed my post-graduation from Mumbai University. Growing up with an independent mindset in a traditional Gujarati family meant facing many challenges especially since girls were often discouraged from pursuing jobs or business. However, from as early as Grade 8, I knew I wanted a different path. My father tested my determination through various challenges, and I faced each one with confidence to prove the seriousness of my aspirations.

I have always been passionate about learning new things and exploring the market. My first opportunity came with a position in an insurance company, where I learned the products thoroughly. Since then, I’ve spent 16 years in the BFSI sector, consistently developing partners and managing relationships at a PAN-India level.

As technology evolved, insurance became increasingly digitally driven. I attempted to introduce ERPNext into my previous organization’s system, but due to the company’s traditional mindset, I had limited scope to implement it. Still, ERPNext fascinated me, and that curiosity eventually led me to discover Frappe.

I am truly happy to be part of Frappe. Every day brings new learning, and I am inspired by the focus, energy, and sharp mindset of the young team that drives this company forward.
