I’m Prathamesh - a nerdy guy brought up in Pune. I work as a Software Engineer, and Frappe is currently my third full-time job in about 4 years. Before this, I worked at The Commit Company, up until the acquisition.

I believe good things compound quietly, and that most meaningful progress happens when no one is watching. That belief shapes how I approach engineering - and honestly, most things in life. I’m also slightly delulu - delusional enough to believe that if I keep showing up and doing the work, things will eventually work out in my favour.

I don’t have a fixed definition of success. Right now, it looks like consistency, high-quality work with the right intent, learning continuously, building things that last, and becoming someone my younger self wouldn’t be disappointed in.

Still learning. Still figuring things out. Curiosity is perhaps my main driver and one of the qualities I value a lot.

Outside of work, I enjoy playing on the PlayStation - swinging through New York City as Spider-Man hits different (I rarely find time to play though).

Craft and quality is something that I really admire and want to really care about. Trying to raise the bar at Frappe.
